Refund Policy for Dach & Nona

Thank you for ordering from Dach & Nona. We strive to provide you with the highest quality food and service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to your order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive items that you did not order.

  • Missing Items: If any item(s) from your order are missing.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If any item(s) in your order are damaged or of poor quality upon arrival.

  • Significant Delay: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time (as outlined in our Delivery Policy), and you wish to cancel the order. Refunds due to delays are subject to management discretion, considering the specific circumstances of the delay.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your order or any items in your order.

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, and the order cannot be delivered.

  • Order Unreachable: If the customer is unreachable at the provided contact number and address.

  • Food Preferences: If you do not like the taste of the food. We strive to accurately represent our menu items, so please choose carefully.

  • Delays due to Force Majeure: Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, traffic congestion, accidents, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. (Refer to our Delivery Policy for more information).

  • Tampered Order: Refunds will be denied if the packaging seal has been tampered with or broken.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of receiving your order, at 742 8846234 or info@dachnona.com.

  • Please provide the following information when requesting a refund:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photographic evidence of any damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

  • We will review your request and may require additional information or clarification.

  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within [Specify timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days].

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative, mutually agreeable solution.
