Delivery Policy for Dach & Nona

We are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable delivery experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to our delivery service.

1. Delivery Area

  • We offer hyperlocal delivery within a defined radius of our restaurant/kitchen location. This radius is typically 5-7km from our location at 2173, Ramgarh Rd, Sector 64, Gurugram, Haryana 122102.

  • To check if your location is within our delivery area, please enter correct address and location

  • We reserve the right to modify our delivery area at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website/app.

2. Delivery Time

  • Our standard delivery time is 45mins to 1 hour from the time your order is confirmed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as:

    • Order volume

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather conditions

    • Restaurant/kitchen preparation time

    • Specific items ordered

    • Distance of order

    • Special event order

  • We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we do not guarantee delivery within a specific time.

  • During peak hours or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as possible via sms.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery distance. The charges are as follows:

    • Less than 8km: Rs 100

    • 8-15km: Rs 175

  • A minimum order value of 700 is required for delivery.

  • Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

  • Promotional offers may include free or discounted delivery. Check our website/app for current promotions.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed through our website

  • You will receive an order confirmation via sms/whatsapp once your order has been received and confirmed.

  • Please review your order confirmation carefully. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at info@dachnona.com or call 742 8846234

  • Changes to orders may not be possible once the order has been prepared or dispatched.

5. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery personnel will deliver the order to the address specified in your order.

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery personnel will return the order to the restaurant. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

  • We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the food or beverages that occurs after delivery.

  • For contactless delivery, please specify your preference during the order placement process. Our delivery personnel will leave the order at your doorstep or designated safe place.

6. Payment

  • We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, UPI.

  • If you choose cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready. Our delivery personnel may not carry change.

  • Payment for online orders is processed securely through our payment gateway, charges applicable.

7. Order Issues and Refunds

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, damaged items), please contact us immediately at 742 8846234

  • We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to our discretion and the specific circumstances of the issue.

  • Any reports regarding the settlement should be made in writing to info@dachnona.com within 48 hours, otherwise the transaction will be considered confirmed and settled.

8. Delivery Restrictions

  • We may be unable to deliver to certain locations due to safety concerns or accessibility issues. We will notify you if this affects your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the delivery address is unsafe or inaccessible.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, traffic congestion, accidents, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Amendments to This Policy

  • We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website/app.

  • Your continued use of our delivery service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
